Richard
McClendon of RW Magic recently performed at our firm picnic
on July 13 and I just wanted to express my appreciation
and amazement of his performance. Richard arrived an hour
before the event to set up and prepare. He was extremely
professional and provided entertainment that captivated
not only the children, but also the adults. I would definitely
recommend him to friends and other professionals and hope
to use his services for our future firm events.

Richard McClendon of R.W. Magic presented an entertaining
show for over 150 children & parents on Thursday June
26th at the Solon library. His well trained and traditional
approach to magic included manipulating items such as;
steel rings, playing cards, colored scarves, money and
balloons before many astonished young eyes. Richard was
very comfortable in front of the large group. At one point
when a young toddler started crying, he quickly made a
balloon animal and gave it to her to calm her down. A
natural entertainer, Richard even did some strolling magic
with customers in the Children’s are before the show.
I would recommend Richard to anyone who needs to provide
quality entertainment to a large group of children and/or
adults.

performed for our Rock-n-Tot show on April 12th and was
the hit of the afternoon! Even with so many other activities
taking place, he was able to command the crowd, draw everyone's
attention and keep the kids of all ages (and parents too!)
entertained fantastically. I would recommend Richard's
magic for any event, for any age group. We loved the 'ball
trick' !!

We can't
thank you enough for performing at our company Christmas
party last night. Your magic was amazing and all our children,
no matter their age, thoroughly enjoyed the shows you put
on. We especially liked the table magic tricks you worked
in and around all evening.
One of your new admirers is a three-year-old who - before
last night - was afraid of magicians because she thought
they would make her disappear forever. I saw that she was
watching you closely but really came alive once you brought
out those steel hoops and did your tricks with them. She
was squealing with delight the rest of the show.
You get nothing but rave reviews from all the GXS party-goers.

I've watched Richard's
unbelievable magic tricks and fabulous balloon figures
delight adults and children at numerous community
events in the Heights over the years. I've hired
Mr. McClendon for parties, pancake breakfasts, reunions,
city parades, and dance fests, and I've always been thrilled
with his performance as well as the rave reviews

I met Richard in March 1989 when
we reopened the Flat Iron Café in the Flats. Richard
performed there for the next 5 years every Friday for
our Happy Hour crowd. Richard has made magic at every
Homecoming at University School for the past 4 years.
Two totally different crowds, two totally different venues
with the same result – a great show loved by all.
Richard can work every Homecoming as long as I am here!
